Hey, there! Thanks for coming to my page. I'm a Cincinnati, OH photographer, but I'm really all over the place most of the time.
I generally specialize in engagement sessions, weddings, senior portraits, maternity, and family sessions, but I explore a little bit of everything. I will do my absolute best to make your vision for some gorgeous photos come to life, whatever your idea may be. I love what I do, and I strive to do my absolute best for any and all customers.
My idea of the perfect pictures isn't about the stiff poses or the awkward smiles that look the same in every photo. I want to capture the moments. I want to make you laugh, capture you interacting with the people you love, and get the real, raw, genuine emotion. You think your laugh looks bad? I beg to differ. You worry about your toddler not standing still? Let them run around and I'll chase them down with my camera. Some of the best photos are the ones that aren't even planned, and that's what I love the most. So if you don't mind going for some walks, showing off how much love your family has, possibly getting a little emotional and making some memories you get to hang on your wall, I'm your girl.
I remember spending so much time unhappy with my career choices. I had no idea what I truly wanted to do, I was burnt out at a desk job, and I felt like I was missing out on so much of my kids lives. I knew I needed a change, and just didn't know what that could be. I found my old camera one day and offered to do my sister in laws senior pictures, and LOVED it. From there, I've worked my butt off and poured my heart and soul into my business and doing what I love. I am so thankful for all of these amazing opportunities, incredible people I get to meet, and the time this allows me to spend with my family. The journey to get here hasn't always been easy, but it has been so worth it.
I have been married to my husband for three years, and I might be bias, but he's pretty great. He often helps me shoot weddings as my second shooter. We have three beautiful gremlins (4 year old, 2 year old, and newborn) who definitely keep us constantly busy and on our toes, but we wouldn't trade it for the world.
